As a key member of the Sonder Sales team, you will support our sales teams in two significant ways : 1. Coordinate and manage the booking process for corporate and extended stay reservations.

2. Coordinate B2B (Business to Business) revenue opportunities and activities as needed for the Sales Team.

The Sales Coordinator will be a key member of our central support team responsible for processing corporate and extended stay leads, communications, and payments.

As a sales support coordinator, you will be a subject matter expert in assigned sales segments, using various sales systems, strategies and processes to convert business.

The Sales Support coordinator will be agile and have a keen sense to be able to multitask these various tasks throughout their day and partner cross-functionality as needed for sales bookings.

The Opportunity :

Assist sales organization and sales managers with timely processing of revenue opportunities and associated deal activities across B2C and / or B2B reservations

Ensure all standard sales processes are followed to accurately process revenue opportunities by segment, measure lead handle times, and track performance.

Lead Management of B2B leads. The Coordinator will manage the process beginning to end, including lead management, guest communication, rate quoting, reservation needs, and guest follow-up.

This includes but is not limited to :

Lead Entry of all revenue opportunities into sales CRM

Search availability and quote based on customer needs

Placing inventory holds to guarantee guest reservations

Handling reservation correspondence with account and guests and logging activities and communications in sales CRM

Coordinating Rooming List and Group Hold management

Assisting with sales account and associated guest communications

Book and Coordinate activities associated converted leads

Enter and complete bookings in central reservations systems

Coordinate modifications associated with extended-stay reservations for B2C individual travelers associated with or without managed accounts, including through non-instant book channels, and / or individuals passed to Sales from the Customer Guest Support (CGS) or city teams.

in-house extended stay reservation extension requests with renewals and support(90+ days).

Collaborate and partner with internal cross functional teams. This includes FinOps, Local city teams and Guest Services.

Communicate directly with account contacts and through deal support help build a strong and lasting relationship to help drive a great experience and repeat business

Be agile. Have a keen sense to be able to multitask various tasks throughout their day.

Who We Look For :

Minimum of 2-4 years of customer facing experience in the hospitality, travel, or real estate industry.

Understanding of the hotel industry’s reservations landscape with experience in group bookings

Strong ability to see deals through from beginning to end; an organized multi-tasker who thrives on managing multiple projects at the same time.

Super-communicator, both internally and externally, with strong interpersonal skills; Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships to drive partner satisfaction and growth.

Skilled in both Microsoft and Google suites of products, Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.

Excited and passionate about Sonder, reaching Sales targets, and working cross-functionally to build a world class Sales organization!
