Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with New Food leadership to grow the company’s customer base and top line
  • Identify and develop leads in the New Food sector, take an active role in proposal preparation, and manage the CRM database
  • Achieve annual order intake target for the North American business
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Represent GEA at industry trade shows and events

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, food science or related field; additional commercial education will be a plus
  • Demonstrated success with sales quota achievement in B2B process / project business, understanding of commercial contracts and strong negotiations skills
  • Independent go-getter; great relationship builder and communicator
  • Strong technical sales skills; familiarity with bio-processes and fermentation will be a plus
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
  • Fluent in English
