Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Operations Manager at Big Picture Real Estate Group. The Real Estate Operations Manager will oversee daily real estate operations, coordinate with clients and contractors to do necessary updates prior to listing, and implement strategic initiatives to streamline processes and maximize productivity within the Omaha, and Lincoln NE area.
Qualifications
- Strategic Planning skills
- Experience in coordinating client relationships and contractors
- Financial Analysis and Budgeting skills - Creating Client Invoices to be billed at closing
- Knowledge of Market Trends and Real Estate Regulations
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Calendar management / ability to adjust calendar as timeline shifts according to contractor completion dates
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Quickbooks experience preferred but not required
