Landgate’s Graduate Program is a structured two-year program with intakes commencing in February each year. Applications from First Nations graduates, and current students, are welcome at any time throughout the year.
By joining a public sector agency renowned for innovative practices, you will gain practical knowledge and experience across our business, laying the foundation for a successful career in the public sector.
Graduates will work on a variety of projects across the business which make use of your individual qualifications, skills, experience and interests.
Additionally, you will work with people who value collaboration, flexibility and innovation.
During the program you’ll be supported by an experienced mentor from within the business, participate in a tailored professional development program (both on and off the job), build networks with current and past graduates from within Landgate and across the public sector, and have access to our extensive wellbeing program.
Our First Nations Graduate Officers have access to a number of support options throughout the program, including our First Nations Networking Group, and access to our Employee Assistance Program a free, confidential counselling service provided for you and your eligible family members, paid for by Landgate.
