We are seeking a seasoned and client-focused Senior Project Manager to join our agency and lead client relationships, project execution, and strategic initiatives.
The Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, driving project success, and contributing to business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, creative projects, and other initiatives for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and content, to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within agreed-upon parameters
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 6-7 years post-college experience at a marketing firm or agency
- Proven experience as an Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a creative agency setting
- Strong understanding of marketing, branding, and digital strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- A client-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Attend client meeting, trade shows, and events as needed
