Overview
The Assistant Golf Professional assists the Director of Golf / Head Golf Professional in the management of day-to-day golf operations of the facility.
This includes assisting in the management of the outside staff operations, all club events (MGA / WGA / Other) and yearly junior programs.
All while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Experience Required

- Basic Golf Knowledge
- PGA Apprentice or someone looking to get started in the program
- Minimum 1 year customer service
Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Starter / Marshal responsibilites
- Maintain proper tee sheet
- Daily golf charges
- Monitor ALL outside opening / closing procedures and ensure performance is satisfactory
- Train / Manage all Outside Staff
- Assist when needed with all areas of Club tournaments
- Junior Golf Instructor
- Social Media Coordinator
- Club Repair
- Assist with all aspects of inventory count monthly
- Maintain the appearance of a Professional Golf Shop
