N / A Minimum Qualifications High School graduation or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Min 2 years general office work including some experience in prioritizing work and meeting deadlines, knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and punctuation and the ability to operate standard office equipment.
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Is organized with strong communication skills. Must be a team player that is flexible when needed.
Positive attitude towards individuals of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder at all levels. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends.
Desired Qualifications Four years previous office experience. Experience in event planning. Position Purpose To assist in the daily operations of community outreach devoted to providing programming to individuals impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Job Duties Updating and communicating program schedules

Scheduling and arranging trainings
Setting up schedules and updating participants within database software
Information research
