Insurance Assosciate / Agent - Potamkin Hyundai Miami Lakes
We are seeking energetic, bilingual and reliable professionals to join our team at Potamkin Hyundai Miami Lakes
Our company is often the first point of contact for customers' insurance needs, so we are interested in hiring SALES Oriented individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate insurance decisions.
Responsibilities :
- Sell the insurance products or services of the company
- Take customer calls and respond to customers' queries, comments, or complaints.
- Provide customers with insurance customer service support.
- Live up to the company's customer service and sales standards.
- Make outbound calls when required
- Exceed sales targets.
- Make decisions about customer service.
Requirements
- MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish to be eligible for the position
- MUST be 440 CSR Licensed and 220 License a PLUS
Candidates without a 440 CSR insurance license must be willing to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment, if selected for the position).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills
- Professional presentation and demeanor
