Sodexo is hiring our Human Resources Manager for the University of Denver. Our Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing, and coordinating HR programs, policies and procedures for all Frontline staff.

• KRONOS and Union experience on a campus setting is strongly preferred.* They will participate in and lead HR initiatives and special projects.
• Our leader will manage HR functions such as Employee Relations, talent acquisition and development, and legal & regulatory compliance, manage multiple projects while performing the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the position, excellent communication skills;

both verbal and written are essential, a proven ability to manage complex HR organizations and multiple locations as well as excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Union experience is preferred
• Strong computer skills including KRONOS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Personnel file maintenance, EEO / AA Planning, and OFCCP experience
• Benefits administration and Employee Training and engagement experience
• Recruitment Experience in a high volume seasonal environment or equivalent
• Management and processing experience for HRIS and payroll systems, preferably ADP
• Human Resources multi-unit management experience, providing generalist responsibilities for a diverse team of front-line and management level employees
• Knowledge of Federal, State and labor laws, to include compliance and regulatory items
• Employee Relations and Labor relations experience in an HR capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience and PHR certification preferred but not required

• Ability to lead HR practices and objectives.

• Ability to support and promote ongoing development of a superior workforce.
• Strong attention to details as well as ability to be successful in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Computer literate in all MS Office products.
• Skilled in the area of employee relations.
• Union experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment
