Departmental Overview
The Recruiting Department is the division of Human Resources responsible for finding, recruiting, screening, and hiring quality candidates for our facilties to better serve our communities.
Job Summary
- Coordinates employment and recruitment programs for nursing, allied health and support department employees, including screening and advertising.
- Participation in job fairs and other recruitment activities.
- Makes recommendations to managers concerning policies and procedures.
- Serves as a Human Resources liaison with other departments.
Qualifications
Experience
- Nurse recruitng or medical staffing experience preferred.
- Three years experience in Human Resources or personnel management or related field.
- Ten years of Human Resources experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field or equivalent
Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience).
