Client Relations Manager - Accounting Firm
Remote or On-Site in South Florida
Well-established tax and accounting service firm is seeking a personable and professional Client Relations Representative.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an approachable demeanor, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently and has a solid foundation in accounting or bookkeeping principles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Assist clients with basic accounting-related queries and help them navigate firm services.
- Use software tools such as Excel, Sage, and CCH to manage client information and handle basic data tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in client relations, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge from school or other relevant experience.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles or bookkeeping.
- Comfortable using Excel, Sage, and CCH software.
- QuickBooks familiarity is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
