Candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a passion for serving. Communication skills including welcoming and phone responsibilities as well as office wide written communication is imperative.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications :
- Must respond to inquiries to the firm displaying a broad knowledge of the companies’ capabilities.
- Must maintain and be able to communicate comprehensive company policies.
- Must be task oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize critical items daily

- Must be able to perform entry into databases
- Must be able to handle confidential and private information.
- Communication with partnering companies, guests and personnel. Must be able to communicate and have critical thinking skills to assess and resolve issues and challenges.
- Motivated self-starter and works well in a collaborative environment;
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and project management skills.
