The Contract Administrator assists the CVA Manager in managing Cat Care Parts only Maintenance Kits in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as One Professional Team.

Pay Rate : $55,000.00 - $66,781.83 Annually

Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience.

Essential Functions :

  • Collects equipment hours from customer assets that are GPS enabled or contact customers for equipment hours.
  • Contact Customers / PSSR for information to ship the Cat Care Kits.
  • Set up Enrollment numbers in DBS system when deemed necessary.
  • Works with the CVA Manager to develop consistent processes for the development and reporting of customer agreements.
  • Documents and communicates Cat Care related progress and shortfalls to the CVA Manager to ensure contracts are meeting company needs and timelines.
  • Enters data daily into tracking databases and works to improve process management / automation.
  • Organizes efforts across multiple departments / customers, exhibiting strong project management skills.
  • Tracks and orders Cat Care filter kits for Customer owned assets and close work orders weekly.
  • Advances and preserves customer / vendor relationships.
  • Meets and responds to customer needs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provides one on one support for customer Cat Care issues.
  • Participates in customer status update meetings.
  • Seeks to support the up sale of additional Wagner services and CVA options with all customers.
  • Seeks to understand a basic working knowledge of the maintenance processes of heavy equipment and industrial engines.
  • Seeks to understand a basic working knowledge of telematics and machine data reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Required Education and Experience :

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Some College or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Contracts and project tracking experience
  • 3-5 years administrative / clerical experience
  • 3-5 years customer service experience
  • 1-3 years technical or mechanical experience

Physical Demands & Competencies :

  • Safety & Product Knowledge
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting / standing but may require occasionally lifting and / or moving up to 25 pounds
  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
  • Data entry, telephone, reading / writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
  • Ability to organize efforts across multiple departments
  • Project management skills
  • Contract and project tracking skills
  • Frontline customer service and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Knowledge of DBS preferred

Travel Requirements :

1-10%
