We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and execution, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and coordination of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistics, catering, and guest management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and services for events.
- Help develop event schedules and timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Manage event registrations, including tracking participant lists and responding to inquiries.
- Participate in on-site event setup and teardown, ensuring all elements are in place.
- Gather feedback from event attendees to help improve future events.
