As the Electrical Quality Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of all electrical work on our federal projects.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of electrical quality control on construction project
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to address quality issues in a timely manner
- Train and mentor junior staff members on quality control best practices
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in quality control in the construction industry
- Degree in Construction or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with federal projects
- Ability to travel for projects
