Duties and Responsibilities
- Optimize and maintain the ERP system, ensuring performance, data integrity, and security.
- Gather requirements, and implement system updates, enhancements, and new modules.
- Provide technical support and training for ERP users.
- Analyze and improve business processes for greater efficiency.
- Create reports and dashboards; perform data analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage ERP to web platform orders, including inventory checks, approvals, and payments.
- Collaborate with IT, other departments, and external vendors for system integration.
- Document ERP configurations and processes; support audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze special projects; update spreadsheets; reconcile costing variances and resolve inventory disputes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Analyst with successful implementations and support.
- 4 years experience in NetSuite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work closely with internal and external customers.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
