To excel as a Samsung Appliance Repair Technician at Unique Repair Services Inc., you must possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and customer service skills are essential for interacting professionally with customers and team members.
Additionally, being mechanically inclined and having the ability to lift up to 75 lbs are crucial for this role. Basic internet and computer skills are necessary to navigate repair manuals and update service records accurately.
