  • 1st Shift Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday
  • Direct-Hire Role

What's a typical day as a Pre-Sales Inside Representative? You'll be :

  • Receiving and managing incoming sales leads
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Conducting pre-sales activities, qualifying leads, and building long-term relationships with customers
  • Bringing in mid-tier cosmetic leads
  • Handing off qualified leads to the sales team
  • Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) for successful leads and closed business
  • Demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Ideally coming from a direct TIC (Testing, inspection, and certification) cosmetic competitor
