Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor new loan submissions and perform data entry in the loan origination system (LOS)Prepare and verify initial disclosures and compliance formsMaintain communication with brokers and follow up on loan file statusesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
college degree preferredExperience in monitoring and overseeing loan production pipelineProficiency with computer systems, including MS Office and email functionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with high transaction volumeFamiliarity with state and federal industry regulations
