As a High School Branch Supervisor, your role will be to provide exceptional customer service to school administrators, faculty and students seeking assistance with financial matters.
In addition, you will employ high school students, teaching them how to provide professional and courteous service. Your support of a sales and service culture will enable you to educate members about services that will enhance their financial well-being, while also supporting the goals of the credit union.
- Supervise day-to-day operations by monitoring branch team workflow to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Actively coach and lead team by Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager
- Develop, implement and set sales expectations to help the branch team achieve established goals
- Prepare employee evaluations and monthly branch reports for Branch Manager review / approval
- Develop and conduct classroom presentation, and participate in community / education events
- Provide support to primary branch

Job Requirements
- Four years of financial institution experience
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Must have the ability / stamina to work at least 40 hours a week
- Requires reaching, bending, stooping or standing as necessary
- Must have manual dexterity to key in data
