As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented HR Facilitator to join our HR team. This role reports to and works closely with the Human Resources Director.

Main Responsibilities :
Maintain current HR files and databases. Update and maintain employee personal records including employment status, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, benefits, and similar records.
Perform regular file audits to ensure all required documentation is collected and maintained up-to-date.
Process and submit payroll on a bi-weekly basis. Review timecards and time-off requests, submit reports for various benefit sites, general ledger, etc.
Update payroll requests from employees and managers and assist the HR Director in answering payroll questions.
Answer employees' basic HR-related questions. Assist in answering and directing calls, emails, and processing mail. Type documents and correspondence, process required documentation produced by the HR Department, set appointments, and arrange meetings.
Assist the HR Director in compiling simple reports and spreadsheets.
- Participate and assist in fulfilling processes related to the HR Core Process such as recruitment, onboarding, resignation / termination, and other HR areas.
- Maintain benefits administration platform & related administrative tasks. Process monthly health insurance bills and provide support to employees regarding benefits offered and administered by the company.
- Track and process safety training & safety-related documentation. Participate in monthly Safety Committee.
- Handle various HR projects as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and legal compliance.
- Passion for creating a positive employee experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English and read proficiently in English.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
