LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Senior Accountant for our non-profit client in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a primarily remote (with the exception of 1-2 days on average / max 3-4 days onsite per month), direct hire position.
Responsibilities
Perform accounting functions including budget preparation / modification, complex data / financial analysis & statistical reporting, performing various reconciliations, reviewing / creating / analyzing financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) and more
Experience
- Minimum of five years of full cycle accounting experience required - GAAP
- Experience working in non-profit, government or public accounting highly preferred
Skills / Knowledge
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are essential (including advanced Excel - X & VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Great multi-tasker, detail-oriented and deadline driven
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
Salary range
$55-69K
Excellent benefits including four weeks of paid time off, 403(b), health insurance (company pays for the majority of the premium), etc.
