Work Location : This role will be onsite in our Akron offices every Tuesday and Wednesday and can work remotely the other days each week.

Role Objective

Assists in implementing product management systems and supporting needs of targeted businesses across the GOJO enterprise.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Collaborates cross-functionally, with teams such as sales, marketing, manufacturing / supply chain and regulatory, in support of products and customers
• Supports area of focus with category management process.
• Gathers competitive intelligence on products' performance and on distributor and end user attitudes and perceptions.
• Identifies and defines competitive product strategies for specific businesses
• Creates clear communications regarding new products and dispensing systems
• Assists in New Product Development efforts, including insight mining, claims development and sales forecasts
• Works with marketing services and external organizations to support product positioning and promotional campaigns
• Supports marketing communication platforms and value-added messaging for GOJO programs
• Analyzes category insights and sales reports and prepares presentations

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related business field strongly desired
• Minimum one year work experience or internship in business, marketing, product management and / or distribution experience required;

analytical and project management experience a plus

Proficient using multiple systems to extract data, translate data into meaningful observations and recommendations to share with senior leaders and other stakeholders

Supervision / Coordination

This role does not supervise other GOJO team members but may lead projects

Travel Requirements

Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.
