Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, implementing, and administering all server components and systems.
- Requires knowledge and understanding of multiple server environments and complex domain environments.
- Our organization includes support for current Microsoft technologies as well as older Microsoft server technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Windows Server OS support
- Experience with VMWare virtualization.
- General understanding of VM management best practices
- OS troubleshooting : Disk issues, resource utilization, network issues, basic application troubleshooting, etc.
- Respond to automated and manual alerts.
- Experience with ticketing management systems (ServiceNow) and incident resolution.
- Fundamental knowledge of monitoring platforms (SolarWinds)
- Must be able to pass a drug test and federal background check.
- Documentation and communication skills
- Works well with a team and external resources
- Ability to complete work self-guided.
- Understanding of MS PowerShell
- Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-matrix organizational structure.
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience required
- Uses deductive reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations.
- General Active Directory knowledge

- Shift rotations are required for this role to support the Global Command Center's 24x7x365 operation's schedule. Needs of the business will determine which shift the business is hiring for at the time the requisition is submitted, 1st Shift (6 : 00am 2 : 30pm), 2nd Shift (2 : 00pm 10 : 30pm) or 3rd Shift (10 : 00pm - 06 : 30am).
