We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Java / Oracle Backend Developer with our industry-leading client in Durham, NC.

This position will be onsite.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate : $63 - $70 / hr. w2

Responsibilities :

Develop with Java (including REST / SOAP services) and work with the development and maintaince of cloud applications in AWS including heavy database work with PL-SQL, Oracle Database, Shell, and complex business logic using PL-SQL and all associated CICD / testing work (I.

E. Jenkins, Udeploy, Concourse, Terraform, Cloudformation, et cetera)

Experience Requirements :

• 8+ years Oracle and JAVA Development experience / Database Programming required
• Experience developing Java, Spring Framework and REST / SOAP Web Services, working with Oracle database, PL / SQL, SQL, and Shell Scripting, building complex business logic using PL / SQL, and Java
• Requires strong experience in financial services experience
• NICE TO HAVE*

Experience with AWS, CI / CD, or Production Support is highly desired

Data Driven / Test Driven development experience is also highly desired

Education Requirements :

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent

other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
