Pension Analyst
2+ years of experience in employee benefits, retirement, or consulting with a focus on plan administration, or recordkeeping or call center experience is highly desirable.
Prior experience in professional services firm or legal environment preferred, but not required.
- General knowledge of defined contribution (401(k)) plans and / or defined benefit plans is preferred, but not required.
- General knowledge of IRC, ERISA and other relevant laws and regulations affecting employee benefit plans is preferred, but not required.
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to ask the right questions and seek help where appropriate
- Natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients / colleagues at all levels
- Respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner
- Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues; strong client service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
