Overview
The Operations Coordinator contributes to the success of Dream Dinners by ensuring proper inventory levels of ingredients and packaging.
Works closely with owner and General Manager. This is a part time position that can be tailored to your schedule. Restaurant or food ordering experience a plus.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for weekly forecasting, inventory, ordering.
- Perform weekly, physical inventory check of all ingredients, packaging and cleaning materials
- Utilize system reports to coordinate weekly order with distributor
- Coordinate with operational support team to receive and organize product in accordance with local health code and Dream Dinners Best Practices
- Knowledgeable of state food handling practices and will be required to complete ServSafe certification
- Organizing weekly product shipment .
Meal Preparation.
Other duties as assigned.
Position is approximately 25 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Weekends and holidays off. Excellent food discount.
