Marketing Student Worker

Job Description

The Student Worker Peer to Peer is responsible for assisting the Marketing Team with marketing initiatives while providing customer service.

The ideal candidate must be a student at ECU. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

Hours per week : 10-20

A flexible schedule during the day is a must! Very few nights and weekends

General Expectations :

• Knowledgeable about Meal Plans and overall Dining Services Program
• Adhere to all policies / procedures
• Detail oriented
• Photography and Video experience
• Canva usage for graphic design
• Autonomous work environment
• Utilize the tools and technology available to sell meal plans
• Office administration tasks
• Able to prioritize and carry out work tasks

Qualifications

• Likes to have fun at work and demonstrates a sales competitive nature
• Interest in Sales / Marketing
• Desire to actively engage with customers to promote and grow meal plan sales
• Work well independently and with a team
• Self-motivated and strong communicator with managers, customers, and parents

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and / or extended walking and standing.

This role may also require uniforms and / or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
