Compensation :
$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers by guiding them through a needs-based review process focused on insurance offerings.
- Work closely with the agent in to not only meet but exceed marketing objectives.
- Take charge of generating leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products and services.
Qualifications :
- Previous sales experience in roles like outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing is required.
- Must have a proven track record of reaching sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Should have a strong desire to assist individuals in managing risks, recovering from unexpected events, and achieving their goals.
- Must be highly motivated and driven.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting marketing goals.
- Proficiency in executing a comprehensive business strategy.
