Their role is multifaceted and involves a range of clinical and administrative responsibilities aimed at providing high-quality patient care.

hysician Assistant Associates work in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, primary care practices, specialty offices, and urgent care centers.

They play a vital role in expanding access to healthcare services, improving patient outcomes, and supporting the overall efficiency of the healthcare delivery systemProvides diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients under supervision and responsibility of a Physician.

Gathers complete history of patients and perform complete physical examinations or focused physical examinations for specific complaints.

Completes discharge summaries and maintains documentation on patient visitsConducts daily patient rounds, as neededRecognizes and evaluates situations which require immediate attention of supervising physician and which require treatment procedures essential for life of patients;

responds in appropriate manner.Coordinates with supervising physician regarding patients seen such as sees patients in physician's office and hospital, instructs and counsels patients on health and disease issues based on assessment dataFollows up with patient by phone (post treatment).

Coordinates resources to facilitate care for out-of-town patientsPrescribes and dispenses drugs and medical devices in accordance with regulationsMonitors effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and makes appropriate referrals when necessary.

Secures patient health illness and psychological history by ordering, performing and interpreting appropriate laboratory, radiographic and other diagnostic tests.

QualificationsMinimum : 3 years clinical experience in related area.Background in pre-med. Degree as a Physician Assistant.

PA-CDEA : AZCertification as Physician Assistant from Arizona Joint Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners, PA : AZCredentialed as allied health professional with CRMC and MGMC.
