Minnesota Grinding is seeking candidates for a CNC Precision Grinding Technician - Centerless role : Setup and operate manual and CNC precision grinding machines to process parts per customer specifications.

The CNC Precision Grinding Technician role for Centerless Grinding can be filled by an individual interested in the CNC career field or with experience in Centerless Grinding.

Some related education and experience preferred, but not required :

• machines and machine tools
• blueprint reading
• calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment
• grinding
• Centerless grinding
• robotics

Computer literacy, proficiency in Windows environment. Strong communication skills and team player abilities are key to a successful working environment.

SCHEDULE : Minnesota Grinding has three shifts to choose from for the Centerless Grinding role

• First Shift : 6am-2 : 30pm Monday-Friday
• Second Shift : 2 : 00 pm-10 : 30pm Monday-Friday
• Third Shift : 10 : 00 pm-6 : 30am Sunday-Thursday

LOCATION : Minnesota Grinding is located at 5400 Douglas Drive, Crystal, MN 55429

Metro Transit bus stops within 1-2 blocks with routes 716 and 721.

Work environment is temperature controlled. Local and privately owned company with strong employee benefits including vacation, sick and holiday pay;

Hiring pay range : $22+ depending on experience
