Accounts Receivable Administrator
Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Administrator who will be responsible for administering customer contracts and general accounts receivable duties.
Responsibilities :
- Prepares and issues monthly project progressive billings
- Compiles and issues monthly Time and Material project billings
- Issues appropriate lien release documents to accompany billing packages and upon receipt of customer payments
- Processes contract documents including entry into all underlying support programs
- Processes change orders to customer agreements
- Processes subcontract documents including entry into all underlying support programs
- Facilitates payment of invoices with 30-day calls to follow-up invoices
- Participates in departmental processing of daily cash receipts
Requirements :
- Three to five years’ experience in an office environment performing similar responsibilities
- Computer skills as follows : Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook), 10-key skills and typing a minimum of 45 wpm
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize work assignments
