Overview :
Join our dynamic team, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Loan Officer (English / Spanish) to manage and nurture relationships with our established real estate office partners and efficiently handle inbound leads from Realtor.com.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with established real estate offices, ensuring seamless collaboration and referral flow.
- Manage and convert high-quality inbound leads from Realtor.com, providing tailored mortgage solutions to meet client needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations in both English and Spanish to assess their financial situation and recommend the most suitable mortgage products.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and timely closing, while effectively communicating in both languages.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market trends, and product knowledge to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Work collaboratively with our team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Loan Officer, with a strong track record of managing real estate office relationships.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in both languages.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and convert inbound leads effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
