Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced  CNC Programmer  to join a climate-controlled machine shop in  Catoosa, OK . The  CNC Programmer  will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components according to specifications. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a dependable work ethic in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate  CNC mills and lathes  to meet production goals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and part specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform conversions, including fractions to decimals and formula-based calculations.
• Make adjustments to machine programs and tooling to maintain accuracy.
• Utilize  Esprit CAM software  (experience preferred).
• Assist in manual machining operations when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with other machinists, supervisors, and engineers.
