Job Description

• Adhere to Michigan’s Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services Delaware regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
• Attend gaming tables for card-change procedure according to the company’s’ procedures.
• Properly check and shuffle the cards in the cards’ counting rooms (hereinafter, CCRs).
• Follow terms of the shuffling procedures in the CCRs and at the gaming tables.
• Follow schedule assigned when performing duties.
• Immediately report to the Pit-boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and / or unusual activities in the gaming studios and other company’s premises caused by other employees or other causes.
• Inform Pit-boss in a timely manner to replace and / or receive new cards or deck of cards for each shift.
• Evaluate and keep track on the quality and visual look of the cards.
• Assist training new shufflers if required by the management.
• Attend all educational events, briefings, sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
• Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Maintain a professional and clear communication with peers.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and be able to work on different assignments simultaneously.
• Punctuality and precision.
• Must be able to obtain a Michigan Casino Employee Registration license through the MGCB
• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule such as holidays, overtime, and weekend availability.
