The Senior Consultant is invaluable to Workhuman's Customer Excellence team, serving in a customer-facing role. Here are a few things our Senior Consultants do :
Drive thought leadership
Share subject matter expertise and proven practices
Drive strong program adoption, and overall program success
Demonstrate the impact of the Workhuman solution
Understand customer's goals and ambitions to influence optimal program design
Consult on the right level of investment
Strategize effective change management approaches
Coordinate the production of custom communications
Support training initiatives

This is a hybrid role, requiring at least two days a week onsite in our Framingham, MA HQ office

The Skills you will bring :
7-10 years of strategic consulting experience with large, complex, multi-national companies or practitioner in a human resources-related discipline for the same length of time.
A deep understanding of HR, and consulting related to one or more HR-related disciplines including total rewards, talent management, employee engagement, employee communications, and / or organizational development.
Experience influencing key stakeholders, communicating information, and using data to tell a compelling story to get to a response of Yes, let’s do it from customers.
A passion for delivering world-class customer experiences, a drive for customer excellence, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will partner with a Strategic Client Director, Customer Service Manager, and Communications Manager to understand the customer’s strategic priorities, identify opportunities, plan for progress, and prioritize solutions that lead to measurable results.
Ensure that you remain up to date on company’s latest thought leadership, ideas, product offering and maintain appropriate level of industry trends and news.

You have experience delivering consulting expertise to senior level key stakeholders at large, complex multi-national companies across the globe and getting Yes’s.
You have been involved in a project which required innovative thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and shared success metrics to achieve a customer goal or outcome.
You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment working independently on your aspect of the deliverable, meeting tight deadlines, and achieving success.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead meetings with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and super comfortable speaking in front of a group of people.
Highly effective problem solving and analytical skills, experience in gathering data, summarizing the key takeaways, and turning the information into a compelling story.
You are action-oriented taking on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and enthusiasm.
