Your Role

We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a site expansion project. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, leading and facilitating progress meetings, and tracking project milestones and action items.

Candidates should possess strong time management, organization, and communication skills, with experience in risk assessment and knowledge of facilities.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment with project milestones and objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Lead frequent meetings and effectively present progress, updates, changes, etc. to teams. Prepare agendas and document key discussions and action items.

Ensure follow-up items are communicated and accounted for.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, project reports, and correspondence.
  • Identify and assess potential risks to the project timeline and objectives.
  • Work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a project coordinator role.
  • Pharmaceutical and / or life science industry experience is required.
  • Knowledge and experience in risk assessment processes and is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards is a plus.
  • Understanding of pharmaceuticals facilities is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
