As a Senior Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to our continued growth and success.
- Key Responsibilities : *
- Lead and manage the tax engagements and client relationships.
- Review complex partnership, corporation and individual income tax returns
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide tax-related insights and recommendations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the tax function.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- CPA certification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions
- Experience in a niche area a plus (business entities, estate & trusts, high net worth individuals
