Part-time Facility Custodian Position Available
Penn Machine Company, a Marmon Group / Berkshire Hathaway Company, is a proven 100+ year old local company in a growth industry.
We are a leading manufacturer of products and services for the transit, railroad, mining, general industry, and oil / gas industries.
Position responsibilities are for both of our manufacturing facilities and offices in Johnstown, PA and Blairsville, PA
Generally, 2 days in Johnstown and 2 days in Blairsville
Monday Thursday, flexible mid-afternoon or early evening start times (20-25 hours / week)
Position requires
Experience working in a commercial cleaning position, preferred
Knowledge of safe and proper cleaning equipment, supplies, and protocols
Detail oriented pays attention to details to ensure proper cleaning is completed
Ability to follow instructions to complete required cleaning requirements
Communication skills to communicate with employees and management and provide reporting
Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to / from locations
