We’re looking to hire an Account Manager for an Enterprise Retail client.
This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in Hoboken, NJ, and is hybrid, 1x in-office minimum weekly.

Responsibilities :
- Partner with Sales professionals to create and refine proposals, assess deals, and manage revisions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate on Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and develop Joint Business Partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships, oversee daily business operations, and pinpoint growth opportunities to generate additional revenue beyond initial contracts.
- Lead campaign launches and performance review meetings.
- Provide technical advice on campaign requirements and manage troubleshooting and conflict resolution.
- Achieve all role-specific metrics and goals effectively.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day relationships and coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to address needs.
- Experience in developing media plan recommendations.
- Exceptional follow-through skills with a commitment to ensuring team accountability.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong project management skills to enhance relationships and investment in advertising.
- Knowledge of analytics, advertising data / technology, and DMP technologies, combined with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate a large organization while working efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Strong individual contributor and team player with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and with partners.
- Ability to manage multiple ad hoc requests and work proactively under pressure.
- Comfort in escalating and addressing key issues with management.
