Job description : *Company*Our client is a leading provider of nationwide wireless services with forty-three million wireless subscribers and growing.

Position*The Sr Manager, Government Sales is responsible for managing and directing the government sales strategy in collaboration with front-line Government sellers.

This role involves leading and managing a team of 8+ sellers, motivating, and coaching them to achieve strong performance results.

Position is remote and candidates can live anywhere within commute distance to NYC.*Responsibilities* Develop and implement sales generation strategies to support new Government business.

Identify retention opportunities to maintain and grow the existing customer base. Lead and manage a team of 8+ sellers. Motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve strong performance results.

Provide strategic leadership and support to ensure team success. Support additional non-selling and administrative functions as needed.

Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by business management. Qualifications : *Requirements* 2-4 years of team management experience.

2-4 years of sales management selling to government agencies Expertise in government procurement -prefer wireless experience.
