Eldridge seeks a particular individual to fill this position. The skill set(s) we are looking for are those that pertain to roofing experience, organization, general construction and time management.
This unique individual will be working directly with operations, service teams, roofing contractors and or customers.

Job Description :
A Service Technician is responsible for performing residential and some commercial construction, maintaining site cleanliness, working with sub-contractor crews, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.
Our Service Technician has the customer in mind, and are the Face of Eldridge with our customers and partners.
Project Responsibilities :
- Working teams to complete customer builds from start to finish
- Ensuring you and your team complete the project to the highest quality standards
- Ensuring you and the crew comply with safety standards
- Ensuring you and the crew maintain the Eldridge quality standards
- Correctly Completing our quality assurance checklists
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Proficient with different software to complete reports and upload project information.
