Background in upscale-casual Los Angeles restaurants is preferred.
Requirements
- Ability to execute tastings for Raphael Francois
- Michelin Expereince or High Caliber Restaurant Experience Preferred
- Experience Butchering Meat, Filleting Fish and Pasta Making
- Experience working the Grill, Fish, Pasta and Pastry
- Knows how to R&D w / French & Mediterranean Cuisine
- Knowledge of Food Cost / Inventory / P&L
- Passion, Dedication, Reliability, Integrity
- Exceptional Work Ethic
- Night and Weekend Availability
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment
- Maintaining cleanliness of any BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas
- 3-4years experience preferred
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Polished Knife Handling
- Food Safety / Health Dept Knowledge
- Adhereing to recipes and ensuring quality plating and presentation
