Cirata is seeking a dynamic Account Director to join our DevOps business, playing a pivotal role in spearheading the relaunch of our cutting-edge solutions.

This global role primarily targets Mid-Market through Enterprise-level customers in North America, promising career advancement opportunities and the chance to shape a new team in a rapidly evolving market landscape.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Exceed sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Engage potential clients in discussions about Cirata's business and technical value through various interactions.

Pipeline Generation & Management

  • Proactively seek out and cultivate leads, taking ownership of building, growing, and establishing the pipeline of enterprise customers with requirements for our solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise and drive innovative strategies for generating new business opportunities.
  • Drive success by overseeing the development, management, and forecasting of your sales pipeline.
  • Apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology to drive results.

About You

  • Proven ability to sell business value in a technical domain.
  • Being able to effectively convey DevOps principles to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 5 years of mid-Market or Enterprise-level sales experience, engaging with VP and C-level executives.
  • Have achieved consistent sales success in surpassing annual targets, preferably within DevOps or related technologies.
  • Showcase a history of securing 6-figure annual contracts across industries like Semi-Conductor, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Financial Services.
  • Proven ability in consultative sales, adept at formulating and articulating compelling return on investment propositions.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

The pay scale for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 base. Actual pay rates are determined based on the scope of job duties, location, and individual experience.
