One of our oldest clients is looking for a Payroll Specialist to add to their team! They are a wonderful non-profit organization that helps the community out in many different ways.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist include :

• Review payroll data for employees to process payroll
• Review and correct in / out punches and missed punches.
• Maintain HR compliance - making sure all employee files are up to date with proper documentation.
• The Payroll Specialist will track time off Skills and qualifications required for the Payroll Specialist role include :
• Strong ability to self-manage
• Experience with Paylocity preferred
• Payroll Specialist will be proactive and eager to learn
• 3+ years payroll experience required

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
