Compensation :

$50,000 - $200,000 per year

Responsibilities :

• Professional growth : Stitser Properties provides an advantageous learning environment where you can increase your skillset, with the support of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues

• Diverse Lead Sources : Find potential customers from an array of channels like radio advertising, Fello, website inquiries, Zillow, Google searches, as well as our Broker's contacts and established builder connections
• Prompt start : Start working quickly after you sign the division contract. No time wasted in getting ready to begin
• Client-centric approach : As part of the team, you will host one open house every week and be readily accessible five days a week in order to attend to needs and deliver unparalleled customer service
• Call Requirements : Essential for connecting to and understanding clients, these requirements will enhance your growth as an agent
• Full Onboarding System : Be fully prepared to flourish in this role with our detailed onboarding system that provides you with all the tools and resources you need to succeed

Qualifications :

• Must hold current Nevada real estate license
• Previous experience in real estate and writing contracts / listing documents is required
• Capable of creating meaningful connections with clients
• Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
