About the role :

Gartner seeks a versatile IT program manager to facilitate and drive the migration and implementation of Professional Services Automation (PSA) and CRM software.

This role involves managing key initiatives for PSA and CRM software , finance integrations, and accounting practices. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader and collaborator enhancing IT-business partnerships, contributing to program roadmap development, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth program execution.

An ideal candidate has prior experience implementing PSA and CRM software for Consulting organizations.

What you will do :

Lead and manage development and migration projects within the consulting professional services domain.

Utilize strong business acumen to drive program success and innovation.

Contribute to roadmap development with business / project knowledge and resource capacity understanding

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Manage project timelines and key milestones to consistently meet or exceed expectations

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Deliver consistent project status communications to cross functional teams and senior executives.

Identify the risks and opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate them.

Ensure Agile / Scrum process is implemented effectively and provides coaching at the team level to maximize its benefits

Develop / Improve processes to continuously increase the efficiency and productivity of the team

What you will need :

IT professional with 12+ years of excellent experience in people and program management skills. Candidate should have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills along with ownership and accountability.

Candidate should be a business acumen and a strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond formal training.

Who you are :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

Demonstrated experience in managing Salesforce and PSA projects and migration efforts in the Consulting domain.

Strong understanding of professional service business functions and accounting practices.

Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation abilities.

Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

Proficiency in Jira for project tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation

Familiarity with Kantata (PSA platform) and Salesforce sales cloud.

Experience in collaborating with distributed teams across various geographical locations.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 105,600 USD - 144,900 USD.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.

Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.

We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
