Manager IOPS Project Management - Business Analysis

We are looking to fill a Manager IOPS Project Manager position. Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS), Regeneron has experienced substantial growth in volume and complexity over the past decade.

This growth has challenged our systems and processes. This position will play a meaningful role in identifying and driving improvements to these systems and processes to better meet our business needs and design for the future.

In this role, a typical day might include the following :

Performing diagnostics on business processes to assess current performance find opportunities

Working with internal and external parties to design solutions

Developing implementation roadmaps inclusive of project milestones, timelines and dependencies

Communicating proposed projects to Senior Leadership for prioritization and resourcing

Ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables for assigned projects

Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve, advancing as needed

Design and implement processes and tools for project portfolio management and reporting

Lead biannual portfolio review and refresh cycle

Deploy organizational change management, including content development for various communication mediums

Develop key performance indicators for business processes and report to Senior Leadership

To be considered for this role you must have a Master of Business Administration. Experience in project management or consulting is also useful.

Salary Range (annually)

$104,300.00 - $170,100.00
