We are looking for talented engineer to join our R&D team to build NLP and ML based solutions to deliver intelligent features in our products.

As an AI / ML Scientist, you will apply your knowledge of NLP and ML to build product features that use state of the art methods in entity extraction, clustering and classification.

You will work with a talented team of engineers and product managers to perform rapid experiments to validate hypothesis for new and unique features.

Preferred location is MN but open to US-remote. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Exploratory Data analysis and feature engineering on unstructured text data and structured, semi-structured metadata
• Design and develop pipelines to extract features from text data to build AI training and validation datasets
• Design and develop prompts, orchestration chains and agents using Large Language Models (LLMS)
• Apply AIML and NLP methods to large text data sets to create solutions that provide differentiating product features
• Prototype new models, evaluate with small scale experiments in rapid iterations
• Work with cross functional team of Data Scientists, Engineers and Product Managers to design and develop AI enabled products and feature

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, natural language processing
• 3+ years of industry experience in building machine learning models using Python
• Exposure to text mining, Natural Language Processing and Understanding
• Exposure to LLMs
• Working knowledge of machine learning and deep learning methods and tools
• Exposure to Natural language processing and LLMs
• Hands on coding experience with Python
• Experience with NLP, ML libraries like langchain, sklearn, tensorflow, keras, spacy, pandas
• Experience building ML pipelines from unstructured text data
• Ability to quickly learn, evaluate and apply emerging technology
• Fundamental understanding of data structures, algorithms and statistical methods used by ML models
• Ability to interact with internal / external clients / customers in a professional manner.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in conjunction with team members and product groups.
• Enthusiasm and flexibility to work on a variety of projects is necessary, as well as the ability to rapidly acquire new domain familiarity.
