Indianapolis, Indiana - onsite
M-F 8-5pm
6 Months contract to hire - $55-$60K

Years of Experience needed : 1+ year of general administrative professional experience
Resource's typical working day :
Extensive training will be provided
- They will not be onsite for office moves but rather assisting to coordinate them prior to the moves
- Keeping the data up to date
- Confirming the new location is available
- Work within a schedule with the movers and other team members
- Inventory existing workstations, seating locations,
- Additional move support services maybe required in support of our clients Return to Office efforts.
Level of Education : H.S Diploma
Systems / Software proficiencies : Microsoft Office Suite
